Avoid the Moves That Freeze a Balance
We can suspend an account for multi-accounting, bonus abuse, chargebacks or play through restricted tools such as bots, location-masking VPNs or automated betting software. Whatever the reason, the result is the same: your balance is frozen while we review the account.
Bonus abuse covers things like cycling deposits to collect the Welcome Package again, or betting on both outcomes to clear wagering. If we find it, the bonus and any winnings from it are cancelled. A chargeback means asking your bank to reverse a deposit you made yourself, and it can close the account entirely. It is not worth it.

Price Every Betibu Clause Before You Play

Every bonus clause has a price in dollars, so work it out before you deposit, not after you win. The Betibu bonus terms set 35x wagering on the welcome offer. Wagering is the number of times you must bet the money before it can be withdrawn. Here it applies to deposit plus bonus, not to the bonus alone. That roughly doubles the turnover compared with offers that count only the bonus amount. It is a heavy requirement.
Worked example: deposit €100 and receive €100. Multiply the €200 by 35 and you get €7,000 in bets. Daily cashback costs less: €50 back at 3x needs €150 in stakes.
Count the wagering, max bet and win cap in money
The max-bet rule is where winnings most often disappear. As an illustration only: if a clause limits bets to $5 while a bonus is active, a single $6 spin can give the casino grounds to void everything that bonus produced. A win cap works the same way. If the cap is set at 10x a $100 bonus, a $2,500 balance is cut to $1,000 when you cash out. The current figures are on the live bonus page. Read them there, because they can change.
Know what can hold up a withdrawal
The payout clauses decide how long you wait. Look for the minimum withdrawal, any weekly or monthly cap in USD, and the pending period, which is how long a request sits before anyone processes it. The fine print here says a payout can be held in three cases: KYC (the identity check) is incomplete, a bonus rule was broken, or the withdrawal method doesn't match your deposit method. Withdrawals normally go back to the method you deposited with, so a mismatch alone adds days. If no number is given for the pending period, don't count on one.
